Open table packages:
  • NGO open table full conference price: $750 (IDR 10,250,000) + 10% VAT
  • NGO open table for one day: $300 (IDR 4,000,000) + 10% VAT
Full Booth Packages:
  • Standard booth: 6 m² (2x3) Exhibitors may book one or more unit(s) of 6m²
  • Shell scheme booths – Price per 6 m²
    - Industry: $3000 (IDR 40,500,000) + 10% VAT
    - NGO: $2000 (IDR 27,000,000) + 10% VAT
  • Include the following (6 sqm):
    - Standard size 3.00 m x 2.00 m
    - Partition of R8 aluminum system structure
    - Fascia name with graphic of PVC cut out
    - 1 (one) reception desk
    - 2 (two) folding chairs
    - 2 (two) fluorescent lamps at fascia @ 40 watt
    - 1 (one) power socket with 2 Amp Single phase electricity. (400 watts)   
Exhibitors may bring or order, at their own cost, additional furniture or items for their booth.

Space assignment and payment modalities
Stand and floor spaces might be assigned by exhibitors on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the dates by which applications are received and fully paid for.
Only fully completed exhibition space orders will be accepted. The exhibition space order will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. The conference secretariat reserves the right to accept or reject applications and to assign spaces as it sees fit.
